TWFS Australia is a boutique recruitment and labour hire provider built on experience, relationships, and a deep understanding of people at work. With roots spanning more than three decades, we combine proven workforce expertise with a hands-on, personal approach. Our focus is simple: to deliver reliable, well-matched people by taking the time to understand both our clients’ environments and the individuals we represent.
Our
History
TWFS Australia evolved from the Bevan Turner Group, established in 1992, which grew to a team of 30 delivering workforce solutions across manufacturing, banking, warehousing, logistics, transport, aged care, hospitality, and major events.
Following involvement in nationally accredited, government-funded training programs and large-scale workforce transitions — including automotive industry outplacement programs for Holden and Ford — TWFS expanded into recruitment and labour hire, particularly within manufacturing, warehousing, and transport.
Today, TWFS operates as a focused, senior-led team delivering high-quality labour hire solutions. This boutique model has proven resilient and successful, achieving preferred supplier status with long-standing, family-owned clients, even through the challenges of COVID.

Bevan has over 35 years experience in Permanent Executive & Staff Recruitment and Casual Labour. He was the instigator of the Beyond Outplacement program for the Automotive Industry & his approach was key to placing over 400 redundant ex auto workers in new jobs over a 4 year period.
