Our Consultants have the broad industry experience, the maturity and the strong service ethic to effectively interpret clients’ needs, to offer input and translate the key elements of the assignment into an action plan for accurate candidate selection.

We will visit the Client and take the time to understand all the technical skills required, qualifications needed as well as the culture, team fit & personality traits desired. Once the job brief is understood we will search our extensive database & advertise. We will interview candidates in accordance with the key hiring requirements of the position & prepare a shortlist of applicants appropriate for your consideration. We will keep you informed every step of the way … updating you on progress on a regular basis.

We don’t not charge any fees until we have successfully placed the candidate in the role. Once we have had success, we charge a % fee of the base salary package of the new employee & offer a 3-6 month guarantee depending on the level of the role. Reduced fees can be negotiated for volume recruitment &/or using other services of TWFS Australia.

The TWFS approach to Contract/Casual Labour can only be competitively validated by ensuring that there is a genuine and demonstrable differential in our supply model.  To that end, we have researched and accumulated Client and Contractor feedback in respect of what is generally missing, in their experience, when not fully satisfied with competitive Agency standards. 

We can source the right person for your vacancy & offer payroll services for the length of the project assignment at competitive rates.  Whether it be to fill a gap while someone is on leave or a maternity leave vacancy or just to assist with extra staff during a busy period … we can find Executive or Staff level contractors or casuals for your factory or warehouse.

We believe in servicing both the client & contractor to fulfil their needs.  We like to understand the job vacancy as we would for a permanent placement so we can ensure we find the right person with the right skills, personality & culture fit … & who actually wants to work … to fill the vacancy.  We will keep in touch with the client & contractor throughout the period of the contract … whether a day a week or a month … to ensure smooth assimilation & high level of performance.
